Lost Package Claim

This Way Pharmacy does not take responsibility for Lost or Stolen Packages. Once your order leaves our facility, it is now under the care of the delivery service.

However, in the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact This Way Pharmacy immediately to report it. A Patient Advocate will collect the necessary information and guide you through the lost/stolen package process.
